The annual assessment is described in Article IV, Paragraph 4.5 of the Declaration of Covenants (amended 10/12/25 by vote) filed with the Benton County Clerk and is currently set at $175.00 per year due from the owners of the property on the 1st day of January each year.  An additional late charge of ten percent (10%) shall be assessed on any payment which is more than ninety (90) days delinquent.  Costs of collection of the assessment, including reasonable attorney's fees therefor, shall also be assessed.
